自问自答吧，找到解决办法了。
试了很多版本，Arduino IDE 1.5.4编译通过

解决办法：
修改UTFT库文件下的DefaultFonts.c文件，在SmallFont、BigFont、SevenSegNumFont前添加const
例如原代码：fontdatatype SmallFont[1144] PROGMEM={
修改为：const fontdatatype SmallFont[1144] PROGMEM={
以上修改后IDE1.6.6可编译通过
