seek some advice for theories

seek some advice from a college student how to deliver essay ,i have written some theory about science,psychology philosophy ,etc…
i want to find teams to do some research about my theories and want to know can these be published on famous foreign magazines,
which one is acknowledge as well as what should i do ？

i wrote them in Chinese ,and will transfer these theories in to English,then send to NEWYORK TIMES, SCIENTISTS,TIMES MAGAZINE…
is this possible?if i got,find all field team members,

If you want to publish something you first need to understand the policy of the publisher interested. Newspapers are quite different media from academic journals or popular science magzines. And you are claiming that your theories are useful to several fields, but I doubt that.

Second, you must be aware that the publisher won't pay you anything for your paper. Instead, some would charge you a fee for publishing.
