The Antergos project is currently working on a new package manager which will have an application-centric approach to working with software. The new package manager, currently being developed under the codename "Poodle", should make it easier for users of Antergos to find, install and update desktop software. A post on the Antergos blog provides more details: "As you know, we [love] Python here at Antergos, so naturally Poodle is a Python application. The front end UI is HTML/CSS/JavaScript rendered by QtWebEngine. Our goal is to strike a nice balance between styles typically found on the web and those typically found on desktop apps. We want to ensure that using Poodle feels as native as possible. I know the question on everyone's mind right now: `When will it be ready for beta testing?' Well, I hate to disappoint, but we're not even close to that point yet. There is a lot of work left to do and as much as we would love to work on Poodle everyday until it is complete, that's simply not possible. We all have full time (paying) jobs that must come first. Though I can assure you that we have every intention of seeing this through as it fills a void in what installed Antergos systems provide." 另:lz已经投奔debian8(开backports)+MATE+i3wm，但是我仍会继续关注本吧，另外提醒吧主不要总是潜水，多水水，否则可能会转正失败
