谁说steam客服效率低下的??

昨天晚上给客服发了个邮件,今天早上6点多就有回复了,而且解决了我的问题
以下是客服的回复;

Thank you for contacting Steam Support.
Thank you for the screenshot.
The payment processor confirmed that even though they did report the transaction as failed to us, they did receive funds from you and will send the payment to us for this purchase.
The transaction has been finalized on our end and your Steam account should now be updated to reflect the completed purchase.
Thank you for your patience while we investigated this issue.
