Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to complain about my terrible experience in Feline Bridal store.
I signed up my packge with Bobo on the road show, she is very nice and paitient. We finished the photo shoot on 31st January 2015, and I'm quite satisfied with it. The photographer is great! I can't remember his name already, and i only know he's from Malaysia.
Everything seems to be fine until the photo selection, i had terrible experience with Wendy's assistant. She keep on pushing us to finish the selection, because there is someone waiting for her outside the shop, and we finished our selection perfunctory. You can check the CCTV if you want.
Anyway, i still can live with that. But when i saw the album, I was extremely angry!! Me and my wife keep blam each other and fight with each other, and she even want to burn the album!
Because I was not in Singapore at that time, and my wife is also very busy, so we didn't do anything. But every time I open that album, I feel very uncomfortable.
I attach those photos, please take a look and you will understand me. And we must insist that you should make a new album for us. If we do not receive adequate compensation, we will be forced to write to the newspaper and post those photos that your company made.
