关于Pirastro 的G弦的问题,P公司承认是把弦搞错了,并且答应免费给我补上新琴弦。
这是我4月23日给他们的邮件,并且加上了非常清楚的琴弦照片:
Dear Sirs,
Thank you for your reply.
In your reply, I was requested to send the string back to your company to check. But obviously it is infeasible to send a string from China to Germany on my cost.
Instead, I enclose photos for you to check, which can tell everything.
From the photos, you can compare the installed D string (the straight one with red color code) and the wrong G string (the curled one with brown color code), against your specifications as enclosed. Then, give me explanations.
As a normal business practice, the manufacturer should send his staff to user's site to correct any mistakes, and/or provide replacement free of charge.
Therefore, you are kindly requested to send a correct G string for replacement to:

I believe that you value your commercial reputation much higher than a string.

Sorry for the confusion...we will send you a new violin Piranito G 615400 free of charge as replacement to your address. Thank you for your understanding.

Refeering to your email we will inform you, that we have sent
replacement on April 28, 2008.
