Besides English skills such as speaking,reading and writing, u r supposed to want to say something to others. The desire to communicate really matters in these.cases.
there is still a lot time before TEM4. make good preparation for that.

Hi girl! I stayed in Australia for 2 years and just came back last year. I think ur English is much better than me accoridng to ur post. However I have more chance to say whatever in uni or in my job, so I am not afraid it even I often say a sentence with wrong grammar.
In fact I think foreigner dont care ur grammar and they just care the meaning you want to resent. If you can let them know ur meaning accurately, I thinik that's enough for ur job in the future.
I work on an airline company. Our most translators graduate from English major and they are resibonsible for communication with foreign pilots. I think their speaking is just very simple style, so I think dont care about exam and practicability is more important for u.

Maybe your problem is not about English itself, it's about youself. I guess you worry to lose face when talking with your foreign teacher, because she is native speaker, in your heart, you have not enough confidence in your English. Actually it's OK to speak well or not well enough, your teacher will be glad to help you improve. I was an TOEFL teacher, I know all teachers, strict or not, are always willing to share what they know, and they hope their students are better than them.
