For those applying on the basis of NCEA results: You must have gained the University Entrance Literacy Standard and a minimum of 17 credits in English at Level 2 and/or 3.* #
For those applying on the basis of CIE (taken in NZ) results: You must have gained the University Entrance Literacy Standard and a minimum of a D grade in an English course at AS or A Level.
For those applying on the basis of International Baccalaureate (IB): You must have gained the University Entrance Literacy Standard and must be in receipt of 26 points.

楼上这个说的是对的。
进入大学最低要求是语言分要够，其他大学是4分写作4分阅读。08年的时候奥大要求的是6分写作6分阅读。稍微多一点，现在貌似又多了。其实这无所谓。一般全考及格的话起码有24个分。
关于是否要学普通英文的问题嘛，理论上你不用担心。
是这样的，一般情况13年级的ESOL会安排很多Internal的校内测试，就是不是最后统考的，会保证你有这几分阅读和写作分的。一般情况下13年级的ESOL可以代替12年级LEVEL2的英语。
具体我没上网站上去看，不过我想没这么改吧，不然大部分中国人就别来奥大了。
但是话虽这么说，当然是能上英语绝不去ESOL哦···
