International Programs
Have a bachelor degree in nursing or equivalent degree received from an institute that
has been accredited by the Higher Education Commission, Ministry of Education, Thailand or the relevant authorized organization in the applicant’s country
Have a professional nursing license from the Thai Nursing and Midwifery Council or relevant authorized organization in applicant’s country
Have at least 1 year of work experience as a professional nurse
Minimum English examination score: TOEFL score 500 or IELTS band 5.5 or TEGs 65*
* TEGs is available on-campus at the Chiang Mai University Language Institute.
GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS
Completed all course work required by the curriculum and have met all of the requirements set by program.
Earned at least a 3.00 GPA overall in his/her field of concentration.
Passed the foreign language requirement.
Completed thesis or independent study defense.
Have his/her thesis work published or accepted to be published in a journal or academic forum. Alternately, the thesis can be accepted for publication or presented in an academic meeting that is accompanied by proceedings.
Have met the qualifications as outlined in the Chiang Mai University Regulations on Student Honors.
