In Japan , the proportion is the lowest one from 1940 to middle of 2020-2040(about 2030). During the forty five years (from 1940 to about 2005), Japan had a long time less five percent,but at 2005,the data of japan raised to 5 percent again ,then raising though other two countries (Sweden and USA ). The last data of japan in 2040 is the highest one.(about 27%).
American's proportion of population aged 65 and over more than Sweden's one at began(1940). This situation keep to about 1995. And between 1940 to about 1995, Sweden had a similar data with American one. Then the American one didn't had any change from about 1995 to 2020. Obviously,Sweden 's data is higher than American's in the final years.
