The six-year-old royal was accompanied by her proud parents, Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary as she left the Amalienborg Palace en route to the Tranegård Public School in Hellerup.CLICK ON PHOTO FOR FULL GALLERY:She was dressed for the big day in a pretty floral top and a pair of shorts, and with a shyness typical of her tender years, answered some questions outside the Palace before heading off to class.Revealing that she looking forward to doing homework, Isabella said that she wasn't expecting any help with it from her older brother,Prince Christian, who has been a pupil at the Tranegård School since August 2011.Her parents, meanwhile could not disguise their pride. "She is ready to go to school," said her mom, Mary, who, along with her husband Prince Frederik, has been teaching Isabella the alphabet and numbers.Isabella and Christian, seven, are the first two Danish royal children to attend a public school.
