Lion Dance in honor of Wu Chun and Family
A Lion Dance ceremony was held on the first day of the Chinese Lunar New Year, in front of the Palm Garden Hotel, in honour of Wu Chun and Family, to bring good luck and prosperity to Wu Chun's business, which include the hotel and gyms.
The performance included some acrobatics performed by the Lion Dancers and a "Choi Chang", where a red packet (ang pow), attached to a lettuce, was hanged above the front door of the business and the Lion would try to grab it, doing so while entertaining the guests.
More pictures will be posted soon, need at least a day or two to do proper processing. :D
Note: All Photos are available to the public for viewing, and can be reposted elsewhere as long as nothing is changed digitally, the watermark remains unchanged; and the photographer, Zul Abdul Rahman, and the source site, http://thebruneieye.com/, is given credit. Thank You for your cooperation. Email zul@thebruneieye.com for further enquiries.
