‘Orange Is The New Black’ Season 3 SPOILERS: Laura Prepon Promises More Alex/Piper Drama After Betrayal
In the “Orange Is The New Black” Season 2 finale, Piper made a call that will likely put Alex back in prison: she told Polly to tell Alex’s parole officer that Alex was planning on leaving town, and the call led to a dramatic encounter between Alex and the police which may send her right back to Litchfield - especially as it’s been revealed that actress Laura Prepon will be a series regular in Season 2.
Laura told TV Guide that the phone call will definitely lead to some major drama between Alex and Piper.
"Alex sees through her bullsh*t," Laura said."When Alex does find out, she*s going to know why [Piper] did it and it will be really interesting."
Taylor Schilling also recently spoke out about the dramatic scene, telling TV Guide that Alex’s reaction to the call “will be a big part of Season 3.”
Of Piper’s decision to make the phone call, Taylor said, “I think that Piper*s experiencing power in a way that she hasn*t quite before. She*s testing out who she is and what she wants and getting what she wants and seeing what it feels like to get what she wants. ... Her behavior and the way she*s interacting with the world is shifting.”
