Me: Before i tried out this sport did triatlon n kajak but i didnt changed and was not my type. I started this sport when i was 17years old(1999). I was a skinny guy n like everyone watched action movies n i realized that to me a man must look like a bodybuilder like Arnold or Stallone etc. Before this whole thing i was 55kg. Was wanted to change this but i had no any plans like competitions. Later the best coaches of hungary saw me i was still skinny like 75kg after 2years of training n they wanted me as a competitor. I told them hey dont make a joke from the skinny guy i saw som magazines n know how a bodybuilder look like. Not like this... But they told me my genetic is good the small bones, tight shoulders, small waist, rounded muscles. They was gave me free help som nutrition and free acsess to the gym n for that i had to compete under their flag as a young bodybuilder.
My first competition was at my age of 21. Those days was rich in our country with a lot of bodybuilders. I was in the beginner category under 175cm with 35other athletes but i didnt reach the top 6. I had 7th place. It was in the spring season and at the winter season in the same year i had 2nd place in the teenager. Competition was what i didnt liked i had to compete to repay the help but it was not my type till 2009. That was the time when i sad to myself okay last time and something happened with me on the stage and this feeling trapped me n still inside me. From that moment im one with the bodybuilding and the competition part. My motivation comes from a lot of place. My coach Andor Kokovai my sponsors the Superior14 supplement company, MNX sportswear, Mutated Nation sportswear, my girlfriend Vivien Lengyel, my training partner Gábor Polgár, my family, friends Mihály Motyovszki, György Simkó, fans and all the good guys in the gym. Relly i never had a dream but then it just came n i see now if u do everything to reach something what u really feel inside u sleep with it wake with it n imagine yourself with it will come thrust me. Its not like in the movies. Its like u dream about a Ferrari458italia or a big boat with party girls it will come but not always in the similar way. Like u got a good sportscar a BMW like and a small but fast boat with the most precous girl who will be at your side forever. Your own happyness is inside you.
Plans: For my body the optimal competition weight between 95 and 105kg ill try to grow but also try to hold my simmetry. I always have plan for the future. If i reach a goal or win a competition people says even weeks later when we meet hey congratz champ n i just say that was yerserday. :) I want som more amateur title like the WBPF overall world champion title and maybe later ill try the professional IFBB in 212lb. But i can tell u guys if thats the top of my carreer ill look up to the sky and say thank u! What else comin in the future is a gift!
Training plan: Ive been working on a new method in training with the knowledge of the competitions. I tried out new training techniques tried to compare the methods of exersizes with my body and strength. Try to hold the simmetry erstrength the weaknesses and hold the good parts. Im using relative heavyweights during the training because my boditype prefers the higher reps. My training is exacly for my body but now i have the knowledge to help other athlets to reach a better level make an illusion on the stage.

安排:活动当天皮特和其他FEARLESS导师都会在现场。13日上午10点-12点在展会由皮特现场指导器械训练,下午14:00点-16点八大导师现场指导和回答爱好者问题。
