In turn, this helps to reduce your susceptibility to environmental allergies. If you really think about what bees do in the grand scheme of things, this makes perfect sense. Now I know the warm water isn't necessarily crucial to helping with allergies, but being hydrated is never a bad thing.

                          我妈总是一大早就给我拿一杯500毫升的水(以前是蜂蜜水,现在就变白水了),让我把它喝完。喝完就是650毫升的果汁(我的早饭),一大早就喝了这么多水。。。
