10th of Apr was payday at my company。
I got 2000rmb this month and it made me crazy, I complained of such a few payment to everyone I met, accountant lady/workers of production department/James/Emily...etc.
I guess I was out of mind yesterday that maybe scraed many people. I even had a vigirous determination to run a business by myself.
After a long night of thinking, I started to understand something.
Some employees thinks the boss would be angry when we get a large sum of salary in some months, maybe he is indeed unhappy. But we also have the same feeling when we get a small payment payday.


I should stop compaining because it is the most important indispensable requisite for successful,
or I will be of no avail after a coupld of years.
