An Eskimo explorer who accidentally met his foster daughter during his trip. Otto is optimistic and humorous. He likes to make fun of Ice.
He was a solider in the Antarctica research station when he was young. He facilitated the researcher to work at the wild nature, preventing them from being attached by the animals. He was good at shooting them with hunter guns.
Later on, he joined Ice and the Apexplorers. Their mission is fight for the earth's resurrection.
