Hannover March 11, 2014: Taiwan ICT innovations made their presence at CeBIT when it opened on March 10. TAITRA, the organizer of COMPUTEX TAIPEI, organized its Hannover COMPUTEX TAIPEI International Press Conference on March 11th. The Conference profiled the heart of Taiwan ICT breakthroughs before a press pack of 50 international media from more than 10 countries that included journalists from Russia, Germany, Italy, USA, Ukraine, Japan, Belgium and China.
During the conference, the COMPUTEX TAIPEI d&i award winners Avision, DELTA, Edimax and Silicon Power dazzled the press with their latest products that revealed the Taiwan ICT edge in R& D, design, manufacturing and brand development.
Avision introduced a compact mobile scanner, the MiWand 2 Wi-Fi PRO that provides flexible two-way scans without the need of a computer. And to cope with increasing demand for on the road scanning, Avision developed its own scanning application, APP-MiScan, for iOS and Android-based smartphones and tablets. This provides users with a whole new mobile experience. DELTA emphasized the “Green Power solution” with uninterruptible power supplies and InfraSuite Datacenter Infrastructure Solutions.
Edimax showcased their latest smart home techs that offer users intelligent control over their electronics. Edimax Plug-n-view tech connects network cameras with high-performance, professional grade security to homes and businesses around the world. Silicon Power showcased the industry’s smallest and lightest innovative Thunderbolt T11. This external SSD symbolizes a whole new age of quality storage solutions.
These innovations captivated the press with onsite demonstration and followed with interviews.
