The decision of Quarter Evaluation was finally made today. I was thinking of doing mid-year and end-year assessments only; however, currently, the miserable status of our organization induced me to make this unfortunate decision – well, for some people.
The Quarter Evaluation is going to be completely different. Subjective questions from Part 1 and Presentation of individual talents from Part 3 in Year-End Evaluation will not be on the First Quarter Evaluation (abbr: FQE). No gift points will be given.
Research section will be definitely on FQE. I might give you a topic, and you have to do the research for me. The results of your research will be presented in ways you prefer - essays, posters, PPTs, videos. You can pick anything works fine for you.
Moreover, I would like to add a Challenge section. For writers and art designers, I might give you a topic, which you have never done before. I will give you essential information for you to understand this particular topic. You can find some extra materials to help you as well.
I am not sure whether I will put profession section on FQE, because we are going to have a competition, and we will also work on E-magazines in the following two months. I’m still debating.
I hope FQE will be a perfect chance for you to learn things new.
