EVE ONLINE: RUBICON 1.1 TO BE DEPLOYED TOMORROW, TUESDAY, JANUARY 28TH27.01.2014 17:53 By CCP Falcon
EVE Online: Rubicon 1.1 will be released tomorrow Tuesday, January 28th. Downtime for the deployment of this release will begin at the usual time of 11:00 UTC, and will be completed by 11:40 UTC.
Rubicon 1.1 brings a whole host of new deployable structures, as well as the new Sisters of EVE battleship, along with new capital ship wrecks, station graphical updates, a number of UI changes and optimizations, ship balancing, overheat balancing and a number of other changes!
Take a look at the Dev Blogs page on the EVE Online Community portal for recently published and upcoming blogs regarding the changes coming with EVE Online: Rubicon 1.1.
Please remember to set a long skill in training for the duration of the deployment, and please also be sure to check your overview settings in game to make sure they include the new deployable structures, in order to avoid any confusion during combat.

大略翻译：格林尼治时间2014年1月28日11点，EVE将更新Rubicon 1.1版本，更新包大约1.1GB。
重要更新内容：新的EVE姐妹会战列舰（EVE姐妹会其他船只介绍请搜索咱的旧帖）新的机动设施（其他机动设施介绍请同上=-=）UI（用户界面）变更，船只（削）平（刀）衡（妹）。超载平衡。（原文：overheat，咱不是战士所以不确定说的是不是超载哦），以及部分其他改动。详情请见Dev Blog.
现附上新版EVE姐妹会战列舰的概念图，以及新机动设施的图片。

船只信息：
NESTOR（含义：内斯特，特洛伊战争中一位聪明的长者）
Amarr Battleship Bonus:
4% Armor resistances per level 艾玛战列舰技能每级增加舰船甲抗4%
Gallente Battleship Bonus:
10% drone damage and hitpoints per level 盖伦特战列舰技能每级增加10%无人机伤害及血量
Role bonuses: 舰船角色加成
50% bonus to remote armor repairer amount 增加50%装甲遥修量
100% bonus to remote armor repairer range 增加100%装甲遥修距离
50% bonus to large energy turret optimal range 增加50%能量武器最佳射程
50% increased strength for scan probes 增加50%探针强度
+10 virus strength for relic and data analyzers 增加10点考古/代码破译病毒强度

【新机动设施：机动微型跳跃平台Mobile Micro Jump Unit】

该设施锚定并启用后允许周围任何小于航母的友方船只向着行进方向进行一次100km的跃迁。对同时使用的总人数无限制，但是每人均有12秒的CD，类似战列舰上的跳刀系统，不过貌似旗舰级别以下都能用它。有2天的寿命，成本费据官方估计约为100W ISK。
