昨天IF突然回复了一个邮件，大体意思是提交的材料不完整，可是我的确是一步步按照他的要求来的啊！一起参加的2个同学都收到的相同的回复，现在已经亮起了两个绿灯。由于我们是第一次参加IF所以很纠结，请参加过的大神答疑解惑。
邮件要求的内容我们都填得很完整，这个邮件是每个参赛人员都有呢还是我们缺少了一些我们不知道的东西？
附上邮件内容：
Dear Mr. X,
Our Team has checked all entries for the ,,iF concept design award 2014".
Your entry/entries:
287-XXXXXX
is/are not complete.
You have a very last chance to complete your entry/entries until Sunday, 26 January 2014, 00:00 pm (German time) to participate in the competition.
In our e-mail from 10 January 2014 (Subject: "Check your entries - last possibility") was a complete checklist. There we explained in detail, how you can complete your entry/entries.
Your entry is complete, if you uploaded or entered the following:
- A PDF poster (only 1 page!!), in landscape format which explains your entry and has the following data on it: your entry-ID, the category of the entry, the name of your project, your name, your university and e-mail address)
- Student ID / Graduation certificate
- 1-2 pictures of your entry
- Description text in English (up to 650 characters)
- A university address
- All team members (when team registration) -> only up to 4 team members possible!
- Only Latin characters!!!
