The game,they say a person either has what it takes to play,or they don't.My mother was one of the greats,Me,on the other hand...i'm kind of screwed.

【S01E01】
I can't think of any one reason why I want to be a surgeon,but I can think of 1000 reason why I should quit,
They make it hard on purpose.There are lives in our hands,
There comes a moment when it's more than just a game,
And you either take that step forward,Or turn around and walk away.
I could quit,but here's the thing.I love the playing field.

【S01E01】
So...I made it though my first shift.We all did,the other interns are all good people.You'd like them,I think.I don't know,maybe.I like them,Oh,and,I changed my mind,I'm not gonna sell the house,I'm gonna keep it.I'll have to get a couple of roommates,but it's home,you know?

【S01E02】
It's all about line.The finish line at the end of residency.waiting in line for a chance at the operating table.And then there's the most important line...A line separating you from the people you work with.It doesn't help to get too familiar，To make friends.You need boundaries between you and the rest of the world.Other people are far too messy.It's all about lines.Drawing lines in the sand,And praying like hell no one crosses them.
一切都有关“线”。实习结束时的终点线，排成直线等待进手术室的机会。还有最重要的一条线，一条分隔你和同事的三八线。关系太好是没有帮助的，交朋友也是。你需要分界线让自己远离尘世，其他人太过于复杂。一切都有关“线”。在沙上画几条线，拼命祈祷没人能穿越它们，

【S01E02】
At some point,you have to make a decision.Boundaries don't keep other people out.They fence you in.Life is messy.That's how we're made....So you can waste your life drawing lines...Or you can live your life crossing them.But there are some lines...That are way too dangerous to cross.Here's what I know.If you're willing to take the chance...the view from the other side...is spectacular.
某些时刻，你必须做出决定。界线并不能把他人拒之门外。却把你困住了。生活一团糟。这就是我们。。。。你可以把人生浪费在划定界线上，也可以跨越它们，好好生活。但是有些界线，跨越它们实在太危险了。我知道的是，如果你愿意试一次，“线”另一边的风景，令人惊叹。

We live out our lives on the surgical unit.Seven days a week,14 hours a day.We're together more than we're apart.After a while,The ways of residency,become the ways of life,No.1...Always keep score.No.2...Do whatever you can to outsmart the other guy,No.3,Don't make friends with the enemy.
我们的生活几乎都在医院里。一周7天，一天14小时。我们之间聚多离少。不久之后，实习之道，变成了生活之道。第一条，时刻都在竞争。第二条，尽你所能去超越他人。第三条，不要和敌人成为朋友。

Whoever said winning wasn't everything,..never held a scalpel.

【S01E04】
Intimacy is a four-syllable word.For,"here are my heart and soul.Please grind them into hamburger and enjoy." It's both desird and feared. Difficult to live with...and impossible to live without.Intimacy also comes attached to three Rs.Relatives,romance,and roommates.There are some things you can't escape.And other things you just don't want to know.
"亲密"在英语中是个四音节单词。意思是“给你我的心和灵魂。磨碎做成汉堡包，请你细细品味。”既让人渴望，又令人恐惧。很难与之相处。但又不可或缺。亲密还与三个词密不可分。亲情、友情和爱情。有些事是无法逃脱的。另一些是你没兴趣的。
