Phil Everly是美国著名二重唱The Everly Brothers（艾佛利兄弟）中的弟弟。
The Everly Brothers成名于上世纪五十年代末期，出自乡村世家的The Everly Brothers却喜欢上节奏布鲁斯，于是阴差阳错的就形成了摇滚乐早期独特的音乐风格——Rockabilly。
在和声上The Everly Brothers也很有特色，甚至影响了后来的The Beatles、Simon & Garfunkel、The Beach Boys等经典合唱团体。
The Everly Brothers是首批入（1986年）驻摇滚名人堂的成员之一，入驻仪式上介绍他们的是加拿大民谣摇滚艺人Neil Young。
The Everly Brothers在Billboard Hot 100上有35首入榜歌曲，为所有二重唱之最，其中26首在Top 40内。
1997年The Everly Brothers获得格莱美终生成就奖。
2001年The Everly Brothers入驻乡村音乐名人堂。
