首先反编译framework-res.apk
——路径：system/framework
打开styles.xml
——路径：res/values
搜索：<style name="Theme">
找到这句下面的
<item name="colorBackground">@color/background_dark</item>
修改为
<item name="colorBackground">@color/transparent</item>
搜索
<item name="windowBackground">@drawable/screen_background_dark</item>
修改为
<item name="windowBackground">@drawable/image_background</item>
找到
<item name="windowShowWallpaper">false</item>
改为
<item name="windowShowWallpaper">true</item>
搜索
<item name="windowBackground">@color/black</item>
改为
<item name="windowBackground">@drawable/image_background</item>
找到
<style name="Theme.NoTitleBar" parent="@style/Theme">
<style name="Theme.Black" parent="@style/Theme">
<style name="Theme.Dialog" parent="@style/Theme">
<style name="Theme.Light" parent="@style/Theme">
<style name="Theme.Translucent" parent="@style/Theme">
<style name="Theme.NoDisplay" parent="@style/Theme">
<style name="Theme.Panel" parent="@style/Theme">
每句下面分别添加
<item name="windowShowWallpaper">false</item>

然后在res/drawable-hdpi文件夹里面添加一张名为image_background.png的透明图片，最后回编译，把回编译生成的resources.arsc和image_background.png分别替换进原framework-res.apk里面就可以了。
