什么是护身符bug？
护身符bug就是在出现提示是否购买全部解锁零件（whether purchase all unlocked modifications）的时候，如果你选择yes，系统会自动帮你购买护身符（talisman），目前英文版没发现这个问题，但是中文版出现了，前几天我试下中文版，在选了这个选项后被扣了2400金币，目前已申诉完成。gaijin客服已回复承诺返还金币并修复bug。在此帖，我将提供申诉办法以帮助那些中了bug的吧友们，同时也提醒在修复bug之前不要选择这个选项。

Thank you for contacting Gaijin Customer Support.
If talisman appears in the right side of all of the modifications it means that you have already purchased it. We will not compensate you this purchase, because it was intentional, you have purchased two talismans for B-25J-20 and for P-63A at 11.12.2013 12:05 (GMT+0400)

第二部就是点击右上角的send ticket（建立票务）

建立票务之后会出现如下界面

在choose a project里面选warthunder
在subject里面选A BUG LEADING TO LOST OF GOLD EAGLE
message的话如果你懒得写或者英文不太好的话就用我这个模板

Yesterday, when I select the choice of purchasing all unlocked modifications for XX（自动购买护身符的机型）, the system bought XX（买了几个） Talisman automatically for me, which cause my lost of XX（你的金币损失数） gold eagles! The system only notify me whether purchase silver modifications, however not motion the Talisman. So I believe this is a serious bug, I hope you can help me to get back my gold eagle and fix this bug as soon as possible. My account is XX（你的账号名称）. Thank you for your help!!!

建议在attachment里面加上你的扣款的截图（英文界面），就在economic里面就能找到（游戏界面上面一条的左边）

最后submit

在发送成功之后官方会给你的邮箱发邮件（注册用的），告诉你开始审理，在审理之后还会有邮件通知你看结果。处理速度方面，我是一天给答复，请大家耐心等待。PS：Gaijin可以在服务器纪录里面查到你购买的纪录，如果你的申诉是真实的，官方一定是有据可查的，所以大家放心
