On Thursday, the Lord of the Rings wore the same faux fur hat as she was seen chatting to her West Village neighbours from the front yard of her brownstone, which was decorated for the upcoming holiday.
The gate of her house was decorated with branches from a Douglas fir to give her home a cheerful Christmas look for the holidays while staying eco-friendly by using biodegradable material.
In addition to the green decor around the gate, twinkling colourful lights hung from a nearby tree, with added to the yuletide spirit of the neighborhood.

Tyler, who has a nine-year-old son named Milo with ex-husband Royston Langdon, recently completed work on the film Space Station 76, starring Patrick Wilson and Matt Bomer.
Earlier this month, Tyler was forced to deny reports she is 'secretly dating' her Lord of the Rings co-star Orlando Bloom, who split from Victoria's Secret model Miranda Kerr in October after three years of marriage.
'Not true,' her representative told Hollyscoop of the rumours which first surfaced in Star magazine. 'They have been dear friends for many years.'
A spokesperson for Bloom also denied the report, telling MailOnline: 'There is no truth in this.'
