I am confused about the penalty amount shown on my property tax payment status for the property at 1361 S. Mountain View Ave, Pomona, CA 91766.

The check was delivered by USPS, postmarked on December 6, 2013. I tried to meet the deadline and it was right on time. Please see attached for the certified mail receipt. Thank you for your attention!
