New titles and schedule of reruns for The Vampire Diaries and The Originals!
With the mid-season finales of “Fifty Shades of Grayson” on The Vampire Diaries and “Reigning Pain in New Orleans” on The Originals, that means we’ll have reruns through mid-January, 2014.
So far this season the two series have been in sync as far as episode numbers. There was a recent question about this when it was realized that the mid-season finale for The Originals is 1×09, while the mid-season finale for The Vampire Diaries is 1×10. But have no fear, fellow fangsters! All will be remedied when they both return in January, 2014!
The title for the 100th and first episode in January for The Vampire Diaries will be “500 Years of Solitude” which seems strange since neither Damon nor Stefan are that old, so it will be interesting to see the press release synopsis and other details when they become available.
The titles for the first two January episodes for The Originals are “The Casket Girls” and “Après Moi, Le Déluge” which is “After me, the flood.” Another interpretation is “After my reign, the nation will be plunged into chaos and destruction.” Kind of seems fitting when you think about it.
