Here in Czech at the end of August we have the motor racing Grand Prix. It takes place in Brno, my hometown.
For the last three years I have been going. Some of you may remember that I was chosen as Aprila MS Team
girl so I made a lot of new friends there. This year I was simply visiting my friend Alessandra on the Aprila Team and another friend Daniel, the owner of the Czech team Elit. They didn't have much luck last year but this year it was fantastic. They have a very very talented driver Thomas Luthi and I was crossing my fingers for him and this year he won :-) It was great. About 70 people from the team came back to our cafe bar to celebrate. We drank lot and had a really good time :-) Thomas is a really nice person and I will always wish him luck.
If I'm really honest I was crossing my fingers for Gibernau in the 500cc motorbike race. He won the Saturday competition but on Sunday he was neck and neck with Rossi the whole time but then on the last lap his motorbike had some problems and Rossi won. Rossi wins every year. Capirossi came second and Biaggi was third. I had so much fun this year. Because I wasn't working I could spend all my time with my friends. Can't wait 'til next year.
