Five years ago I bought a small chihuahua dog and I called him RAMBO :-) He was so sweet and when I saw him
I knew that was going to be my best friend. He's a little bit shaky on his feet because when he was two
years old he was hit by a car. He was running along and he didn't look and he got run over :-( I was was working in Los Angeles when it happened and though I spoke to my family lots of times nobody mentioned the car accident.
They didn't want to get me upset while I was far away from home. The vet told my family that because he was so small and hurt so bad that he didn't stand a chance of recovery and that the best thing would be to give him a last injection. While the vet was preparing the injection Rambo opened his eyes :-) and this saved his life.
When I got back home I cried and cried. He was such a sad sight. He couldn't even move.
I sat with him a long time and nursed him the best that I could. I fed him from a bottle and over time he began to recover. I even had to help him learn to walk again. A year later I took him to see the vet and he couldn't
believe his eyes. He said he never imagined that Rambo would ever walk again. Now Rambo has made a good recovery and he is a very happy dog. He loves life and the company of children and other dogs. I love him so much.
He's my little darling.
I also have two cats :-) one is a black cat and the other is mixed colour. But they don't have names.
We call all cats mici. Sometimes they are very mousy but they are very nice.
Our second dog is the family dog, a Rottweiler called MAX. He's big and mean and guards the house.
You shouldn't mess with Max :-) I like him but I have to admit I'm still a little bit scared of him because
I don't see him that often and I haven't got used to him yet.
