We've received Your letter written in Aug.6.
In order to help you recommend our products to our customers as soon as possible, we have agreed to advance advance the shipment of the 1/3 of the total cargo to August 17, which was Scheduled in October 9 . And the remaining 2/3 will be in the original date, October 9.
As for your request to change the Destination of the shipment from Hamburg to Oslo, we’d be sorry to say that the direct route from Ningbo to Oslo is not very useful, and the transhipment of the cargo would cost a lot.. In order to avoid any delay and the extra fare from the transhipment, we wish that we can ship the cargo to Hamburg. Please reply for making sure.
