U can say that Zero himself IS the Bloody Rose

They are saying what yuuki wanted them to pass on to kaname, yuuki wants kaname to looked after the two child and she wants the two child to call kaname Father.
Meaning that yuuki had turn kaname into human, letting him not living lifes as pureblooded always, and letting him see what she had seem when she's a human, letting him see the sunlight

He is a HUMAN now.............
