讲电话的用法和通常用法无差。
至於say, 通常都是say something. 也就是说say后面通常都是跟讲的内容。比方说say the word, say you want it, say she's hungry等等。普遍用法还有what did you say to her (你对她说了什麼）之类的。

talk 强调双方“交谈”
talk/speak to 人：向 (人) 说话
talk about 事：谈论 … 事
动词三态是 talk　talked　talked

speak 强调单方的“说”或“讲”
多用在一个人「说」什麼语言
在电话中，现在是某某人在说话，"This is _____ speaking."
动词三态是 speak　spoke　spoken
1.说某种语言
He speaks English well. 他英语说得很好
2.发表演说
I am speaking at dinner. 我正在晚宴中发表演说。
3.惯用语
Amy can read English, not to speak of French.Amy会读英文，法文更不用说了。

tell 表示“告诉” 某个人「告诉」对方一件事或是一个故事
tell a lie说谎
tell/speak the truth说实话
tell a story说故事
tell the time看时间
动词三态是 tell　told　told

talk 是不及物动词，必须紧接介系词 to；而 tell 则是及物动词，可直接接受词。

say 通常是一个人「讲」什麼话的时候用
书、信、报章杂志「报导」什麼内容是用 say

say hello (说哈罗)
2.子句 (say与子句间不能有人)
Peter says that he is busy. 彼得说他很忙。
3.报纸、布告
The notice says, “No school on Monday.” 通告说「星期一停课」。

It goes without saying that education is important.不用说，教育是很重要的。
Strange to say, she was calm. 奇怪的是，她很平静。
