These all came from Amazon's Instant Streaming service. Season 7 is the only season available in HD.
Sadly, I don't have the first episode.
I had downloaded it from Amazon a while back, but I foolishly screwed up the file and deleted it thinking that I could just re-download the FLV file from Amazon later. Unfortunately, Amazon recently encrypted all of their video files with FlashAccess, which hasn't been cracked yet. So, while it's still possible to download the file, it's encrypted and unable to be opened by anything. So, until the encryption is cracked, we are without S07E01 in HD; unless, of course, someone feels like capping the episode from Amazon somehow (it is still available there in HD, after all.)
