目前有bug版本：
3.1的所有版本（非常严重）：基本的hash数据都有问题，建议直接加入服务器ban列表
3.2.0.27886（轻微）

3.2.0.27886版本的小bug：
下载的种子，其中有多个文件，如果只下载一部分，同时这些文件的名字都很长的，你会发现文件名显示不全，而文件名长度又无法调节，这很麻烦。

国外一些pt站出过公告，ban3.0以上某些版本，原因好像是hash有问题，会传播坏的块。
本人也曾经用过3.0以上的某几个版本，具体版本号忘了。下载100%后播放有马赛克，换回2.2.1版本校验，发现下载了99%+，继续下载到100%后，原有马赛克部分消失。
求国外pt站ban的3.0及以上具体的版本号。

翻了些老贴，好像是3.1的所有版本都被国外不少pt站ban了，3.1.2版修复了坏块的问题，至少官方Changelog是这样说明的。

BTN已经禁用了，PTP过几天也会禁用。
据说是该版本有bug。估计有流量欺骗有关了。其他外站不出意料会相继禁用。

In light of reports from other trackers and bug reports on the uTorrent forums, uTorrent 3.1 will be removed from the client whitelist within the next day. If you are affected by this change, we urge you to immediately downgrade to a bug-free version of uTorrent (preferably pre-v3). Be sure to make a backup of your %AppData%\uTorrent folder which you can use to restore all your torrents once you switch versions.

As you may know, uTorrent 3.1 has issues that can cause troubles for the user. While GFT is ratiofree and the result of this problem with the version does not affect our users that bad we recommend not using it for the time being. It can end up on the banlist, that remains to be seen. If it does, the only thing that happens is that you can't use it. Site won't punish you for trying.
The bug mainly give you bad ratio as it can get stuck downloading the same faulty piece of a torrent over and over and over again.
Older versions can be found here. v2.2.1 is highly recommended.

ut 3.1的问题就是会不断的重复下载。具体问题是: 在下载即将结束的时候会“完整度检查错误”，于是会重新下载那个区段。而且更糟的是ut会不断的恶性循环~对于一般PT来说，由于是ratio 机制的，会对你的分享率产生严重影响。
