Well, writing a biography like this isn´t so easy...but I´ll give it a try anyway...
I was born on 08.04.1981 in Munich, but soon after moved with my family to Ingolstadt.
It was early on at kindergarten that I first discovered my passion for singing. Although I sang badly more often than not, as everyone knows practice makes perfect, and so from then on I practiced day and night - which I´m sure was sometimes quite tiresome for my family. However I had a dream: "I want to be a singer" !
Finally at school I reached the point where I´d rather sing my favourite songs than swot up on my maths. Today I admire my teacher for her patience because instead of telling me off she sent me to the school choir! Covering everything from chamber and gospel choirs and taking 2 years of singing lessons, I tried to learn as much as possible in order to come a step closer to my dream. OK, just between us, sometimes it was a bit embarrassing because Italian Renaissance music was not exactly "cool", yet I wouldn´t have missed any of it for the world because I learned a lot, made many friends and had a wonderful time!
The day that I discovered karaoke proved to be the turning point in my life. I could never have imagined that through this I would meet the three most important men in my life. First and foremost, of course, the love of my life, Taly, with whom I´m now happily married and have two delightful children (Lina, Nico I love you more than I can say).
One day Axel Konrad and Ole Wirk stood there and asked me if I´d like to do a recording in the studio. And so it came about that I recorded the Moonlight Shadow vocal track:D My dream became reality!
At the time I was pregnant with my son, Nico, which meant that I had to take the back seat and concentrate on taking care of my family. I did that gladly and don´t regret for one minute putting my baby first and the stage second, which I´m sure all the mums among you will understand. Nevertheless I continued working in the studio and recorded all the vocals for Groove Coverage.
So, now the baby break is over and I´m dying to know what is going to happen to me next. Sure, I know that it won´t always be easy because I´ve seen how hard Verena has worked this past year (you´re a real darling), but I´m really looking forward to finally meeting the fans personally and I´ll enjoy every day that I spend with you! My dream is now truly become reality!!!
See ya
