自2000年以来，彭家鹏曾连续六年在奥地利维也纳金色大厅成功地指挥“维也纳·中国新春音乐会”， 2004年荣获“中国金唱片奖指挥特别奖”；荣获“全国十大杰出青年”荣誉称号。2006年，彭家鹏先生再次执棒指挥奥地利格拉兹交响乐团，和中国艺术家联袂奉献“2006维也纳·中国新春音乐会”。

Peng graduated with a master's degree from China Central Music Institute in 1992. He was studied from Xu Xin and Zheng Xiaoying.

In August 1996, as the only Asian conductor, he was invited to Holland for the 35th International Konderashin Conductors master class and honored with the award from the Konderashin Conductors master Class.

Since 2000, Peng had conducted 5 concerts consecutively during the Vienna-China Spring Festival Concerts in Vienna, Austria. In 2004, he won the Special Conductor's Award by the China Golden Record. This year, Peng will, once again, conduct the concert with artists from both China and Austria.
