VMEETING#5 Let's share our feelings Finally, meeting#5 is over. Time for happiness always pass so fast. It was around 2 and a half hours that we were with Janie. This event will be in our memory forever. We(staff) were nervous about the meeting. At first we wanted to make it as simple as we can — go to the temple and have some lunch after that, no games and nothing special because we know that Janie was very busy and super tired. Around 2 months ago, there was a meeting for staff .We thought a lot about what should we do for the meeting because as you know Janie was very busy so we don’t want to interrupt her and this was the moment that having an idea of surprising Janie!! The thing that we worried the most was how could we tell Janie's fans about the meeting because we can’t let Janie know about this so we couldn't post it on Facebook but finally we posted it on the website. There was another meeting about the detail of the meeting such as the schedule of events, souvenirs, total cost, place, script , etc. Some of the staff were very busy. However, We did it perfectly. We made an appointment around 8:30am(on the meeting day)at Saket Temple. Most of Janie's fans came early and some came on time. While we were waiting for Janie, everyone were very excited especially for whom haven’t met Janie before. We had to act like we can meet Janie only at the Temple as she thought that she has to work in the afternoon. 9:30am : Janie arrived the Temple with her friend, Nana and her mother and also Da Hathairat, as we were waiting for monks, Janie was talking to her fans. 11:30am : When we finished with activities in Temple so it was time to leave. Janie's fans said goodbye to her and then we left. The fans were all heading to Kai-Ta-Kra restaurant as Janie had to go there in the afternoon. 12:30 : Time for registration and get a souvenir. I personally like the meeting this year, I love the souvenir-dvd for the fans, T-shirt which match with the theme of the meeting(Balloon) While we were waiting for Janie, we had some lunch. Janie arrived around 13:30 pm which everyone hid at the corner of the room (we planned with the director and his team that Janie had to come to this restaurant to work). When Janie opened the door we shout ' Happy Birthday', Janie laughed and grumble hahaha. Janie said I phoned the director to make sure about the place because Janie couldn't find the director and his team and also spotlight( for shooting) hahaha. We had many activities to do such as playing games- balloon stomp, give a hint of the name of her tv series( The fans had to guess by Janie's acting) and the last game was depends on our luck, there were only 3 people who got the prize from Janie. After that, it was time that we waited for so long, took some pictures with Janie and get her autograph and also get gifts from the sponsors such as OK Biscuit, Vit-C, Ranong Tea, White code and Maybelline New York.But that was not all of the surprise.... It was time to sing HBD and have some cakes!! One of the staff held a cake box and walked into the room but unfortunately she dropped the cake box! Everyone was in silence..it was an awkward moment, Janie said it's ok we can order some desserts and put candles on it hahaha One of the staff said that we can sing HBD without a cake and suddenly, one of the staff held another cake into the room and we all sang HBD. Janie just realized that the one that we dropped was a fake cake. After we finished with the cake we did a draw lots to give prizes to lucky guys and then we all took photos together and talked to Janie. It was time for Janie to go home but before we let her go, there was some volunteer who talked about how do they feel about the meeting and Janie talked after them. I can say that I impressed about how Janie talked (it will be great if someone could upload those videos for us).Finally, Staff want to say THANK YOU to1. All of Janie's fans that came to the meeting. You guys cooperated very well and there were so many new fans which was good, somebody came from the north and the south of Thailand and somebody from Cambodia.2. Thank you to Mai Ratchada and Yai Amat for those beautiful photos.3. Thank you Off who came to the Temple to surprise Janie.4. Thank you Kai-Ta-Kra restaurant- we might be noisy.5. Thank you Janie's mom that followed our plans and cooperated with many people about the surprise.6. Thank you Staff and the team7. Thank you Janie who always kind and talkative.
