Good morning /good afternoon, It is my honour to be here today .I really appreciate that evrything you have done for me .Thank you for giving me a chance to challenge myself.I was working in the Admin department.Thank you for all your help that I had a chance to join the trade dapantment that everyone dreamed to .In the last month ,I have learned many knowledge that I didn’t know before ,espically professinal things abont ceramic, so I also need to thank you my teacher teach me that lot.I have orgnized my presentation in three parts: first ,I will tell you what I learned from my new job. Second ,I will tell you what’s my idea to do my new job well and finally I will try my best learn more things in order to suit my jobI have learned the procedure of my new job. When I received the sales contract, I must check the produce plan that I can know the produce factory, then I mark on the contract tha I can know which factory produce which product .I have to remember this ,in order to know the product have produced or not at anytime.From the contract I can know how many products the contract include .And I had to check whether the number of the products are the same as the contract showed .Next I look at the products’s design. If the products need the screen print .I had to bring the products as the samples to design the screen print .If there had the design before that needn’t .Then I had to take the products to the factory produce ,and give them the products as the samples and we need their signature to confirm the samples they have received.I can know how many contracts we must be ready for our customers. And acording to the date ,I have to remind the salesman of the things the contracts needed, such as the carton and the color boxes and so on .After the salesman provide the correct information, I also need to prepare the things such as the backstamp, barcodes, stickers ect. We alll had to make the purchase order in the ERP system of our company to get the things we need.After that I had to come to the factory to see how the products go .If the products are diffcult to made ,they made was diffrent from the samples. I had to tell the salesman about that .After they confirm with the customer ,then they can continue produce .In a word, I had to make swre that products suit the customers demandsIf all the things needed had been ready. I can make some file ,such as the packing instructions, the decal instructions. I had to be very careful when make the files. Because the operator will do as the instructions. I had to make sure the instructions had delive to them three days before they packing or decal.I had to make sure that they do as the instructions, if not ,I will tell they how to do and I had to slove the problem they come with.Some customers have special requests .They will send somone to our factory to check their products. If they come, I had to be together and communicate well with them ,solve all the problems they claimed. My job was clear that I must make sure all the produts are suit the customers demands .At the last,after all things ready, I need to remind the salesman to get the certificate that we need when shipping .The salsman will give us the list of the product’s delivey date .I had to arrange the van to transmit products to our customers destination. After the products all arrived their destination.The order then definitely finished.Af first I know nothing about that. I even did not know how to start. But under the help of my teacher and other colleague. Now I know a lot about my job and I know that I must be very carful, because a litte mistake can make the worst result .Personaly , I think if I want to do the job well, I also need do as belows:First I have to learn how to communicate well with others because I have to work with many people from different department and different position.I felt that is very important ,no matter in job or in our life .Secondly I think the method of doing things is very important .If we have the plan and the right methods and always try to do things with heart, we definitely can do the things well .Thirdly it is never too old to learn. I must keep learning. Learn the professional knowedge because there will be a lot of problems that we don’t come with before, therefore we need to get help from others and learn from others.Finaly I have to learn how to deal with the pressure from work, and deal with the problems we never think it would happened. Sometimes we thought everything was prepared. but actually nobody could predict what will happen next .Experience always make as grow fastly. I learned a lot knowledge of trade and I know how the department cooperate colsely with each other .But I know what I leaned was not enough. I should leam more not only the professinal knowledge but also the products There was an old saying :the revolution has hot yet succeeded ,comrade still needs the effort .I will try my best ,do evey efforts to do the job well.
