A question for you guys. Any chinese filehosting sites with a decent upload speed for overseas ip addresses? I can only reach 10KB/s upload for Baidu and Sina. Can't register on Xunlei as they need a mobile phone number.
On 115 I can reach 20 to 25 KB/s upload but sharing on 115 is just disabled according to people here.
I would like to upload the FLAC files for Live from LA (I stated this on another thread) which is 653MB. With terrible speeds like this I don't think it will be that fast..
Is it ok for me to distribute via torrent?
