I Don't Care
1.
Kurt sat in the waiting room and waited for the upcoming interview of Vogue magazine. People around him most were girls who had beautiful make up and dressed fashionable. Kurt saw a dark blue scarf of Alexander McQueen spring collection, one of his favorite scarfs ever, only sold at Saks, fifth ave New York. He was not able to buy it because he was in the stupid small town Lima at that time. Then he got a little nervous, he did not have any ideas why he was sitting here among those gorgeous creatures.
Everything just happened in a sudden. The only reason he came here because he was rejected by NYADA and he wanted to be in New York so badly. He wanted to try if he could get a position in Fashion world.
However he was wrong, again. New York does give people incredible opportunities, but it is still a cruel world full of reality. Competition is much more intense than any other place in this world. Unfortunately, Kurt is not a lucky guy. Vogue did not accept him either.
That is also something to be expected, though. Kurt sigh standing on the street. The first thing he wanted to do was to text Blaine and tell him how frustrated he was. Maybe he would also tell Blaine that he will go back to Lima soon.
He stared at his screen, but typed nothing.
He just could not.
He just did not want to go back.
Kurt hesitated for a while, and then he typed: I didn’t get in, but I don’t care.
