I think Landau's book would be of use to you. I don't think any physicists need to refer to Fluid Mechanics textbooks for Engineers. You may read the Chinese version of Landau's book, but Chinese version is too old.
Plus, "Shockwave" is always an interesting topic for physicists. You may check

I'm not sure whether or not you are interested in solving Turbulence(湍流) problem in context of AdS/CFT. I think you may also need some numerical relativity books.

不过流体力学最好的教材应该是《普朗特流体力学教程》，有中文译本，科学出版社
