Michael Carrick insists Manchester United will not be taking their position at the top of the Premier League table for granted.
United returned to the summit on Sunday following a 2-0 home win over West Bromwich Albion
at the same time previous leadersManchester City
were losing 1-0 at Swansea City.
The reigning champions are now favourites to retain their crown, with the late April derby at the Etihad Stadium expected to be a pivotal game in the title race.
Carrick
is pleased to be back in first position, but the midfielder is adamant the Red Devils will not be resting on their laurels ahead of a trip to relegation strugglers Wolves.
