昆明干旱48万人饮水难 - 常熟日报数字报刊平台
新华社昆明2月6日电（记者　袁雪莲　赵大春）记者从昆明市政府了解到，受前期蓄水不足及当前持续干旱天气影响，目前昆明市已有47.83万人饮水困难，89座水库干涸，城乡供水及农业生产面临严峻挑战。
　　继2009年、2010年大旱之后，2011年昆明主汛期又再次发生伏旱，并延续至今。据统计，2011年昆明市平均降雨量仅为590毫米，与历史同期相比偏少36.8%。今年1月以来，昆明市平均降雨量只有15毫米，降雨严重偏少导致土壤墒情下降，蓄水严重不足。目前昆明市库塘蓄水只有6.55亿立方米，比去年同期少39.7%。
　　昆明市副市长李喜介绍，前期蓄水不足再加上近期降水偏少，导致目前昆明旱情严重，目前已有47.83万人、22.9万头大牲畜饮水困难，30条河道断流、89座水库干涸、95万机电井出水不足。由于去年的旱情发生在主汛期，降雨的严重偏少造成今年可利用水资源严重不足，给农业生产也带来严重影响。昆明大春农作物受灾150.73万亩、成灾85.59万亩、绝收27.24万亩。-->
