In a February 2012 sweeps episode, the docs at Seattle Grace will be making their rounds in an alternate reality, as the ABC drama ponders the provocative question, “What if things had been different — verydifferent.”
Specifically, Meredith imagines what life would’ve been like had her late mother Ellis never had Alzheimer’s, a traumatic situation that shaped Mer into the dark-and-twisty wife and MD she is today.
A Grey’s rep declined to comment, but TVLine has confirmed that Kate Walsh will play a big role in the mind-trippy episode. Why? Because in this alt-reality, Derek and Addison — wait for it — never broke up!
And while Walsh is the only former series regular returning, an insider confirms that other Grey’s alums will be back — including a certain victim of the Seattle Grace Massacre of 2010, who shall not be named.
And to be sure, Derek, Mer and Addison aren’t the only characters who get pulled into this new dimension. “Everyone is affected,” says the insider.

弄得国外的MD粉有点小抓狂，还在推上问大妈，是不是特别讨厌MD的粉丝，才会这样写。
其实我蛮期待的，mer想象的世界，好有意思呢。
话说，meredith是因为什么才会陷入到想象的世界呢？？昏迷？？？NO!NO!NO!

呀！！！其实我挺爱这种假想剧情的，假如当时怎么怎么了~~~~嘿嘿

老实说最讨厌那种骂大妈的MD粉了，喂有没有搞错啊，大妈的OTP就是你的OTP你还要骂，她怎么可能掰MD呢，Alternate Universe意思就是这都不是真的么，大妈最喜欢的就是你的OTP了你还不高兴，巨汗，还想怎样啊，骂大妈成习惯也不是这样无理的吧- -
另外make rounds那句没什么啦，make rounds就是早上查看病人嘛，这里只是用来代表所有作为医生的工作，所以这句话意思就是说，在这集里所有的事都是AU。

呃，我怎么那么奇怪，我一点也不freak out耶，还很期待呢
addek的 romantic scene，想想也会有啦。。
就meredith那个纠结的状态，肯定少不了这个。但是，千万别太过火，点到为止就行了啊
mer她都敢想，咱们还能不敢看吗？大不了先备上两瓶速效救心丸嘛，谁怕谁呀。哈哈
豪斯里面有两集，就是在豪斯幻想的世界里和现实的世界交叉，相当精彩的
强烈期待mer幻想的世界更加更加更加精彩

呃另外你想的”另外一种可能性”是啥...这是AU啊，也就是说Addie其实压根没有离开LA的，这集不过都是Mer的想象罢了...（哎呀我好奇没那么dark and twisty的Mer会是什么样...还会跟Cristina那么有爱么？哎呀呀呀呀呀呀）
