第一次听到她的声音是来自《WE》，就像有人趴在耳边低吟一般，我全身鸡皮疙瘩都起来了，阿彭唱英文歌好像比她唱中文的要好听很多诶。
彭靖惠（1975年5月13日－），为台湾女性歌手，出生于新竹县芎林乡，为客家人，毕业于北一女中、国立台湾大学图书资讯管理学系。作品多为爵士音乐、巴萨诺瓦、法国香颂等风格音乐，她的演唱风格过去较偏为流行，现在则多被认为具有某种成熟、成人的概念与略带爵士、慵懒曲风。
除了音乐作品之外，她也从事纸黏土艺品制作，作品则多以猫为主题。
