And just now,I called the commonwealth bank,the account excutive tell me that my customer has really transfered the money out,and I ask him to give me the proof.But he said I am not his customer,he can't fax the documents to me,so we have to get all the documents from my customer.So I try to believe him and decided to telex release the B/L to him.
However we haven't got the money,so it has a huge risk.Our customer promised me he will try his best to recall the money back via the phone.And he will pay it if he got the money back!So can you help me to investigate our customer's reputation.
