Dish 2: Pan seared/ oven baked cod fish with glaze of Teriyaki Sauce
- 4 pieces of Cod fish
- Teriyaki Sauce
- Lemon
Method:
1. Marinate cod fish w oil, teriyaki sauce, pepper and some herbs if available for 20 minutes
2. Pan fry some garlic and place on top of cod fish & place in oven ( 180-200c)
3. Depending on size of fish, bake for 9 minutes, remove and serve
4.Can put lemon become serve
酱烤鳕鱼
- 4 片 鳕鱼
- Teriyaki sauce
- 柠檬
(可用取代日本味啉,日本清酒,黑酱)
做法:
1. 腌制鳕鱼:用油,日式红烧酱油(Teriyaki sauce),
胡椒粉和一些调味料,腌制20分钟
2. 热锅爆香蒜头,放在鳕鱼上,然后放进烤箱, 180-200度
3. 烤9分钟即可上菜 (看鱼的大小)
4. 可洒上柠檬皮点缀

- 1kg small calms ( scrubbed clean)
- Small bunch of fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 4 cloves garlic
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 250 ml white wine
- 400g spaghetti
- 2 dried chillies
Method:
1. Boil pot of water
2. While waiting, sort through clams
3. Heat up large pan w lid
4. Cut parsley stalks, chop leaves
5. peel and chop garlic
6. Quarter tomatoes
7. Add dry pasta to boiling water with salt
8. Add plenty olive oil to pan, add garlic, parsley stalks, salt, pepper, chilli, tomatoes
9. Stir till garlic browns, then add clams and wine
10. Wait 3 to 4 minutes, take pans off heat, remove clams that are unopened
11. Drain pasta and add to pan & add extra olive oil,pepper and salt
12. Stir for another min and serve
白酒蛤蜊面
- 1公斤 小蛤蜊 (洗刷干净)
- 适量(一小束) 香菜 (去除茎部)
- 4颗 蒜头
- 10颗 小番茄 (切粒)
- 250豪升 白酒
- 400克 意大利面
- 2颗 辣椒干
做法:
1. 在等待水沸腾的时候,先处理小蛤蜊
2. 热锅后,将香菜和蒜头切碎,小番茄切粒,备用
3. 将意大利粉放入沸腾的水中,再加点盐,煮约8分钟
4. 然后倒少许的橄榄油,爆香蒜头,香菜,辣椒和小番茄
5. 加点盐和胡椒粉调味
6. 直到蒜头呈黄褐色之后,加入小蛤蜊和白酒,焖煮3-4分钟后,将壳未开的蛤蜊选出
7. 然后加入意大利粉和少许的橄榄油,胡椒粉和盐, 搅拌即可

- 1 small can milo powder (8-9 spoon)
- 450ml low fat milk
- 1 small ziplock bag
- 1 large jumbo ziplock bag
- 12 strawberries
- Plenty of ice cubes
Method:
1. Pour milk into small ziplock
2. Add milo powder+ sugar & seal
3. Add lots of ice into jumbo ziplock, add plenty of salt to ice
4. Place milo bag into jumbo ziplock & seal
5. Shake vigorously for 15 minutes, place in freezer for 10 minutes.
6. Add strawberry halves and serve
可可冰淇淋
材料:
8-9汤匙 可可粉
450豪升 低脂牛奶
1个 自封袋 (小号)
1个 自封袋(特大号)
12颗 草莓
冰块
做法:
1. 将低脂牛奶放入小号自封袋
2. 加入可可粉和糖,然后封紧
3. 把大量的冰块放入特大号自封袋,并加入少量的盐
4. 再将小号自封袋放入特大号自封袋,然后封紧
5. 大力的不断摇晃自封袋约15 分钟,然后放入冰箱(冷藏库)10分钟
6. 加草莓切半点缀即可
